Mold Filling Operator

Job Description

The Mold Filling Operator is crucial to our production process, responsible for overseeing the filling and operation of molds in our manufacturing plant. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that products are produced efficiently and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate molding machines to fill molds with plastic materials.
• Inspect finished products to confirm they meet quality standards.
• Document and communicate any production issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No experience required, but previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Machine operation

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Team collaboration

Certifications

• Relevant vocational training or certification is an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in plastics manufacturing: Hands-on expertise in working with plastic production processes.
