Job Description

As a Flight Operations Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of coordinating and overseeing airline flight operations. This integral role requires a skilled individual who can ensure compliance with all aviation regulations while facilitating smooth and efficient flight schedules. You'll play a pivotal part in managing crew assignments, aircraft maintenance, and communication with various stakeholders, allowing flights to operate seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain operational documentation for flight procedures.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions for flight staff on operational changes and updates.
  • Support the Flight Operations Manager in strategic decision-making processes.
  • Participate in safety briefings and emergency drills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field
  • Relevant certifications in flight operations management preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in flight operations or a related field.
