Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Review and approve project designs and implementation plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior engineering staff.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate engineering solutions.
• Participate in budgetary planning and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in project delivery.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing civil engineering projects

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Civil 3D
• Geotechnical Engineering

Certifications

• Civil Engineering Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
