The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing support to users, and ensuring that our IT systems are running smoothly. You will be a key player in maintaining our IT infrastructure and helping to enhance our service delivery across the company.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for IT support requests, ensuring issues are logged and tracked.
• Conduct regular system maintenance checks and update software as necessary.
• Assist in training staff on new technologies and software applications.
• Communicate frequently with users to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Work closely with other departments to align IT support with company objectives.
• Help develop and update IT documentation and support guides.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support roles

• Windows and Mac OS

Certifications

• CompTIA A+
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
