Quality Control Analyst

Job Description

As a Quality Control Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll be responsible for ensuring our software products meet stringent quality standards. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA.
• Work closely with product managers to validate new features.
• Perform regression testing to ensure stability of existing functionalities.
• Provide recommendations for improving software quality and testing efficiency.
• Engage in performance testing to validate application responsiveness.
• Develop testing tools and automation scripts.
• Mentor junior testers and assist in team building.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certifications in software testing (e.g. ISTQB) are desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Performance Testing Experience: Hands-on experience in performance testing techniques.
