As a First-Line Supervisor, you will oversee a team of veneer production workers, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining a productive and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate veneer production activities to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Establish work schedules and monitor team performance for compliance with operational goals.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Woodworking or relevant field
• Higher qualifications in Engineering or Manufacturing Management advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in production supervision or a similar role within manufacturing
