Freight Forwarder

Job Description

As a Freight Forwarder at Relocation Services Pty Ltd., you will coordinate and manage employee relocations from start to finish, ensuring a seamless transition for all involved. You will liaise with external service providers and provide guidance to employees and their families throughout the relocation process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of employee relocations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage relocation budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with service providers to optimize relocation services.
• Track and report on relocation expenses for accurate budgeting.
• Organize logistics for moving services, including storage and transportation.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the relocation process promptly.
• Provide relocation training and resources for employees.
• Participate in meetings to give updates on ongoing relocations.
• Manage the transition of employees into their new locations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

• At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
