Quality Control Systems Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Control Systems Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product safety and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations, while leading a team of quality control professionals.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a quality management system.
• Lead investigation and resolution of quality incidents.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards in quality management.
• Facilitate regular quality meetings to promote a culture of quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance product design for quality.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on quality data.
• Act as the liaison for external quality audits.
• Develop KPIs for monitoring quality objectives.
• Mentor team members on best quality practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Quality Management or related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications in quality management (e.g. ISO Lead Auditor) are considered an asset.

Experience

• 7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
