Job Description
As a Food Batchmaker, you will oversee the vinegar production process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality standards by actively monitoring fermentation, blending, bottling operations, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during production.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow.
Participate in training sessions for new staff members on production procedures.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues in real-time.
Document and report production metrics to management.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Degree in Food Science or related field preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in food manufacturing or vinegar production preferred
