Job Description

As a Food Batchmaker, you will oversee the vinegar production process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality standards by actively monitoring fermentation, blending, bottling operations, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations during production.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow.
  • Participate in training sessions for new staff members on production procedures.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production issues in real-time.
  • Document and report production metrics to management.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Degree in Food Science or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing or vinegar production preferred
