Responsibilities

• Supervise routine inspection and maintenance tasks on pipelines.
• Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Document maintenance history and prepare reports for management.
• Work closely with other departments to align maintenance efforts with operational goals.
• Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing technician education.
• Evaluate and implement improvement initiatives for pipeline efficiency.
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation for pipeline maintenance.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality within the team.
• Provide expert analysis on pipeline performance and lead improvement projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Certifications in safety management are a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in pipeline maintenance, with a focus on leadership.
