Job Description

We are in search of a motivated Plastic Maker to contribute to our production line. This role involves handling manufacturing machinery, conducting quality checks, and working collaboratively to enhance production efficiency. A background in plastic manufacturing will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic manufacturing machines.
• Conduct regular quality checks and tests on products.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform minor repairs.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operation.
• Document production metrics and report discrepancies.
• Work closely with the quality control team to maintain standards.
• Implement best practices for production efficiency.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in plastic manufacturing are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in plastic manufacturing or a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes
• Machinery operation

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Communication skills
