Job Description

We are seeking skilled Wind Turbine Service Technicians to inspect, maintain, and repair wind turbine blades. This role involves working at heights, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with a proactive team to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine checks and maintenance on turbine blades.
• Identify and rectify damage or wear on components.
• Implement repair strategies and validate outcomes.
• Engage with team members on safety and operational best practices.
• Provide feedback on equipment and work process improvements.
• Contribute to team meetings and share insights on challenges faced.
• Ensure proper equipment usage and maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Renewable Energy or related field

Experience

• Experience with composite materials and repair techniques is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Use of hand and power tools
• CAD software knowledge

Soft Skills

• Strong work ethic

Certifications

• First Aid Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
