Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Mold Yard Supervisor to lead our mold yard operations. This pivotal role involves managing a team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and optimising workflow for maximum productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow within the mold yard.
• Lead a team of mold yard operators and technicians.
• Ensure timely maintenance and functionality of equipment.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure high standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to align schedules and resource allocation.
• Implement training programs for new hires and continuous training for existing staff.
• Review and interpret performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Develop strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Participate in budget planning and cost-control measures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications in manufacturing or related fields preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mold yard operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
