Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Patternmaker to create and maintain various patterns for textiles and other products. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with designers and production teams to ensure patterns are accurate and adhere to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes efficiently.
• Ensure sustainability standards are considered in pattern making.
• Mentor junior staff in pattern-making techniques.
• Participate in team meetings and share insights for improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design or related field preferred.

Experience

• 2-3 years experience in pattern making or textile design.

Advantageous
