Corporate Finance Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our Canberra office. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing financial analysis to support corporate finance strategies, preparing financial reports, and working closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a background in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial models to evaluate potential investments.
• Prepare executive summaries of financial reports for stakeholder presentations.
• Support the finance team in strategic planning and execution.
• Assist in identifying financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and economic conditions.
• Streamline financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar field
• CFA or MBA is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in financial analysis or corporate finance roles

• CFA Level 1
