Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs and manage financial resources.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and forums.
• Stay updated with advancements in civil engineering technologies.
• Assist in training junior engineers and interns.
• Review contractor work and ensure adherence to designs.
• Implement best practices in environmental stewardship.
• Prepare and submit grant proposals for funding of projects.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews of project outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering with project leadership
