Job Description

As a Furniture Crater, you will be responsible for packing, loading, and unloading furniture items to ensure safe transportation. You'll work in a dynamic warehouse environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.

Responsibilities

• Safely pack and prepare furniture for shipping.
• Unpack and inspect items upon arrival at warehouse.
• Maintain an organized packing workspace to facilitate efficiency.
• Utilize equipment such as forklifts and hand tools to assist in loading and unloading.
• Communicate effectively with team members to streamline logistics operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in similar roles preferred

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Inventory management systems

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Team collaboration

Certifications

• Forklift license (preferred)
• First Aid certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in furniture assembly: Experience in assembling furniture for retail or logistics.
