Job Description

As a Belt Polisher, you will be instrumental in our production team, operating polishing machines to achieve the desired finish on metal components. We’re looking for detail-oriented individuals who can maintain a clean work environment and have experience in metal fabrication. Responsibilities

• Setup and adjust polishing equipment according to specifications
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance
• Maintain a log of production activities and any issues encountered
• Participate in safety training and keep abreast of new procedures
• Work with precision instruments to measure finished surfaces
• Support team efforts to improve production efficiency
• Training new team members on polishing techniques
• Keep work area organized and free from hazards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in metal finishing
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, experience preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in belt polishing or metal fabrication
