Molding Installer

Job Description

As a Molding Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of molding equipment in our manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of molding processes and machinery, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct inspections of machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement best practices for maintenance processes.
• Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime.
• Assist with inventory management of machine parts.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities in logbooks.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Engineering or similar

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience working with molding equipment

Technical Skills

• Injection Molding
• Safety Protocols

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certifications in relevant fields: Additional certifications such as hydraulics or pneumatics will be beneficial.
• Experience with high-volume production environments: Familiarity with working in fast-paced manufacturing settings.
