UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating engaging user experiences and a strong aesthetic sense. You will work closely with developers and product managers to craft user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also user-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze user needs to inform design decisions.
• Create detailed design specifications and style guides.
• Facilitate design reviews and manage stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met in all designs.
• Develop and maintain design documentation.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required

Experience

• 4+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Prototyping tools (InVision, Axure)

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Analytical thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams, contributing to iterative design processes.
• Experience with motion design: Skills in creating animations and interactive components for user interfaces.
