Project Manager

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of projects in Mackay. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale projects and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Manage project team members and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status.
• Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and met.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to streamline project processes.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Prepare project reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• PMP certification is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in a professional environment.
