Job Description

The Education Administrator will oversee the Title I program, ensuring compliance with regulations while developing strategies to support low-income and at-risk students. This role demands collaboration with school districts and educational institutions to enhance the quality of educational services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives focused on improving educational outcomes for disadvantaged communities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including parents and community organizations, to promote educational access.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Draft and submit grant applications for funding educational services.
  • Supervise a team of program coordinators and compliance officers, ensuring program alignment with policy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in education, focusing on Title I programs.
