Arbitrator, Mediator, and Conciliator

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Arbitrators, Mediators, and Conciliators to join our growing team, dedicated to resolving disputes amicably. The ideal candidates will have substantial experience in negotiation and conflict resolution, with a proven ability to facilitate discussions and mediate agreements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and conduct mediation sessions with diverse parties.
• Identify underlying issues and interests of conflicting parties to facilitate resolution.
• Foster an environment of trust and cooperation amongst disputants.
• Take the lead in complex negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Evaluate case files and evidence to provide a qualified perspective.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and seminars.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or Social Sciences
• Postgraduate qualification in Conflict Resolution is highly desirable

Experience

• 3+ years in similar roles, with a focus on debt settlement

Certifications

• FAI Negotiation Certification
• Advanced Mediation Skills Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution methods: Familiar with various ADR methods to facilitate conflict resolution outside of formal mediation.
