We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain advanced industrial sewing machines, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to production deadlines. Responsibilities

• Utilize cutting machines and other tools for efficient textile production.
• Work closely with the design team to understand new product requirements.
• Monitor fabric and material inventory to ensure availability for production.
• Ensure the sewing area remains compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production progress.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and updates.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies.
• Maintain records of production output and machine maintenance.
• Assist in the onboarding of new staff members as required.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through effective collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Clothing Production or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
