Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new employees on machine operations and safety protocols.
• Perform routine cleanings and minor repairs on machines.
• Maintain records of production and materials used for reporting purposes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvement strategies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or apprenticeship in machining is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment with hands-on machine operation experience
