Job Description

Join our team as a First-Line Supervisor of Passenger Attendants, where you will be the point of contact for cabin crew and passengers alike. Your leadership will be pivotal in creating a memorable travel experience for our passengers. You will also conduct briefings, manage schedules, and handle passenger concerns with tact and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of cabin crew members, ensuring they maintain high levels of customer service and safety.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Assess crew performance and deliver constructive feedback on service delivery.
  • Ensure all cabin crew comply with uniform and grooming standards.
  • Collaborate with the Cabin Services Manager on team performance metrics and improvements.
  • Manage cabin crew schedules and allocations efficiently to meet operational needs.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service offerings.
  • Stay updated with current aviation regulations and safety protocols.
  • Assist in crisis management procedures during flights to ensure passenger safety.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new cabin crew members.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate IV in Aviation or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a flight attendant or in customer service management
