Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cutting and slicing machinery, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Setup and calibrate cutting machines for optimal performance.
• Ensure precision in cutting to meet specified dimensions.
• Identify and rectify any operational issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Support team members in achieving daily production targets.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Trade qualification is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in machining or manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Machinery Diagnosis
• Process Optimization

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC Machines: Hands-on experience with CNC machinery is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles: Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques is beneficial.
