Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs. The successful candidate will work closely with school teams and families to develop individualized education plans that ensure each student reaches their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students with specific learning disabilities.
• Provide training and support for general education teachers on accommodating students with exceptional needs.
• Evaluate student performance and modify teaching techniques accordingly.
• Liaise with external agencies regarding resources and support services for students.
• Engage with parents and caregivers to foster partnerships in supporting student education.
