Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be integral in preparing solvents and chemical solutions that meet stringent quality standards. Your role will involve operating complex machinery and ensuring precise measurements in a fast-paced, safety-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix solvents and chemicals in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Ensure machinery is calibrated and operational.
• Capture and maintain accurate records of materials and processes.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify any discrepancies in production.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.
• Assist with training new team members on equipment operation and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mixing equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
• Contribute to team meetings to discuss production goals.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Chemical Operations preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of GMP or ISO regulations

Soft Skills

• Flexibility and adaptability

Advantageous

• Experience with hazardous materials handling: Familiarity with safety protocols for dealing with hazardous substances.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization: Ability to analyze data trends and create visual reports.
