Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Packers and Packagers to efficiently wrap and package cosmetic samples for our esteemed clients. The role requires a keen eye for quality, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble packaging materials as needed for production runs.
• Wrap and package products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular quality checks to adhere to packaging standards.
• Keep the work area tidy and compliant with hygiene regulations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Assist with other operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or packaging role

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation (if applicable)
• Knowledge of safety procedures

Soft Skills

• Ability to lift up to 15kg
• Flexibility and adaptability

Certifications

• Forklift license

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of quality control practices: Understanding of inspection and testing procedures to ensure product quality.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles: Ability to apply lean principles to improve efficiency.
