Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lodging Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort. In this role, you will ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment while also managing a team of hospitality professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure regular maintenance checks are conducted on equipment and facilities.
  • Liaise with external vendors for service contracts and repairs.
  • Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Participate in the hiring and evaluation process of hospitality staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management
