We are seeking dedicated Title Examiners, Abstractors, and Searchers to manage complex real estate transactions. You will review legal documents and ensure all agreements are met before disbursement of funds.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough examinations of property titles and legal documents.
Assist clients in understanding their documents and agreements.
Implement compliance protocols to ensure legal adherence.
Document and report any issues related to transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting real estate transactions.
Train and mentor junior staff in escrow practices and procedures.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in escrow services
Technical Skills
Real estate transaction software proficiency (e.g. Dotloop)
Accounting software knowledge (e.g. QuickBooks)
Soft Skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Team collaboration
Certifications
Escrow Officer certification (preferred)
Languages
English: Fluent
