Job Description

As an Onsite Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support directly to clients, ensuring that all hardware and software systems run smoothly. You will engage with clients on-site, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions while building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and support system upgrades and patches directly at the client premises.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users.
  • Assist in setting up new hardware and IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to the IT support team for continuous service improvement.
  • Maintain a personal inventory of tools and equipment to manage client visits effectively.
  • Respond to urgent requests in a timely manner, prioritizing client needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plus
Experience
  • 3 years of experience in technical support or a related role
