Job Description

As an Agent and Business Manager, you will oversee and promote the careers of artists and athletes, ensuring development and success through strategic planning and networking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of artist and athlete engagements, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans as necessary to improve outcomes.
  • Advise clients on career opportunities and trends within the industry.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for artists and athletes.
  • Lead negotiations for appearance fees and sponsorship deals.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance and engagement metrics.
  • Identify training and development needs for talent.
  • Support the marketing initiatives to maximize public exposure.
  • Engage in networking activities to connect with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct evaluations of past performances to inform future strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related field
  • Certification in event management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in management roles within entertainment or sports industries
