Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated English Language and Literature Teacher to engage and inspire students in their language learning journey. The ideal candidate will design and implement curriculum for students of various skill levels, assess their progress, and provide valuable feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective teaching strategies that engage students in their learning process.
  • Develop assessments and learning resources that cater to the varying needs of students.
  • Communicate consistently with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Contribute to school-wide initiatives and support extracurricular programs.
  • Utilize differentiated instruction techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Monitor and evaluate student behaviour and implement strategies as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date professional knowledge in language education.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Education or related field is preferred
  • TESOL/TEFL Certification
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar teaching role.
