We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage booking requests, maintain accurate records, and provide outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the booking requests process from initiation to completion.
  • Verify and update booking details accurately in the system.
  • Interact with clients via phone and email for bookings and inquiries.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for all bookings.
  • Create reports to analyse booking patterns and trends.
  • Work closely with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies in all transactions.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar booking or administrative role
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication skills

Advantageous
