Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and ensuring that our IT systems operate smoothly. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for IT-related problems.
  • Document and maintain an inventory of IT assets.
  • Ensure backups are performed regularly and data is secure.
  • Participate in the planning and rollout of new IT solutions.
  • Support remote working tools and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Assist with system integration and onboarding of new technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Advanced Diploma in IT or Computer Science
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration roles
