Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of varying client requirements.
• Utilize CAD software for design ideas and client presentations.
• Train and mentor junior technicians in van conversion techniques.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and feedback.
• Assist in the maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualifications in electrical or plumbing
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in custom vehicle conversions.

Technical Skills

• Solar panel installation
• Design skills

Certifications

• First Aid Certificate
• Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of fiberglass or composites: Experience using advanced materials in van conversion.
