Job Description

The Composite Mechanic will be responsible for repairing and maintaining composite materials used in the aerospace industry. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with hand and power tools. You will collaborate with a team dedicated to excellence in composite applications.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure production quality.
  • Train junior staff in best practices for composite repair.
  • Assist in the development of new composite manufacturing techniques.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Manufacturing or relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in composite material maintenance and repair.
