Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Field Service Representative to join our motivated team. This role is fundamental in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding technical support, quick troubleshoot solutions, and training on proper product use.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high-quality service.
  • Manage assigned service area, including travel to client sites as needed.
  • Educate clients on new products, features, and updates.
  • Exercise technical aptitude to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to changing environments and client demands.
  • Provide insights into service improvement initiatives based on on-ground experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in IT support are a plus.
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in field service or technical support roles.
