Special Effects Artist (FX Artist)

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented Visual Effects Artist (FX Artist) to join our creative team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting breathtaking visual effects that captivate audiences. Your artistry will contribute significantly to our projects, and you'll collaborate closely with designers and developers to ensure our creative visions come to life.

Responsibilities

• Produce visually striking effects using industry-standard software like Houdini and After Effects.
• Collaborate with editors and sound designers to create a seamless final product.
• Document workflows and best practices for visual effects production.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to inspire and generate ideas for projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Animation or related area
• Additional certifications in visual effects are preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in animation or VFX studios

Technical Skills

• 3ds Max

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of VFX pipelines: Experience with VFX pipelines in production environments is a plus.
