Job Description

As a Labour Relations Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching in the field of labour relations. Your role will involve developing and engaging students through innovative courses, enabling them to grasp vital concepts of labour relations both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and seminars to enhance practical understanding of labour relations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners for student internship opportunities.
• Assess and improve the effectiveness of teaching methods used in the classroom.
• Offer support for students’ extracurricular activities related to their field of study.
• Participate in community engagement initiatives focused on labour relations.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new academic staff.
• Engage with professional associations to remain connected with the industry.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Labour Relations or a related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in professional labour relations roles is an advantage.
