Job Description

As a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in the production line, sanding various types of surfaces, including wood, metal, and plastic, to achieve a seamless finish. Responsibilities

• Calibrate and set up sanding machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor the sanding process to ensure consistency in product finish.
• Train new employees on proper sanding techniques and safety practices.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues as they arise.
• Assist in the training of junior operators and tenders.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a related role, demonstrating proficiency in sanding and finishing.
