Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Preparing Box Tender. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the preparation and tendering process for box manufacturing projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assess project requirements and formulate strategic box manufacturing plans.
• Accurately forecast costs for all project components.
• Engage with procurement teams to secure necessary materials.
• Nurture supplier relationships to enhance collaboration.
• Synchronize production schedules for all projects.
• Track progress and adapt plans to meet established timelines.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the production process.
• Keep detailed records of all project costs and specifications.
• Deliver periodic reports to stakeholders on project status.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field is preferred.
• Project management certification would be an advantage.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
