We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our Canberra team. This role involves providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring the seamless operation of their IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a knack for solving technical problems and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-class IT support and service to users.
  • Assess user needs and provide solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct routine checks on IT equipment and software.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Assist in the deployment of new software and updates.
  • Perform backups and data recovery as needed.
  • Develop training materials for users.
  • Act as a liaison between users and management to enhance system functionality.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk roles
