Job Description

As a Hydroelectric Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations. You will lead the production team, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards while driving improvements in efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hydroelectric plant to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Develop maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide operational updates and implement feedback.
• Review and improve operational procedures to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure all safety protocols are strictly adhered to.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Master's degree in Engineering or related disciplines is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in plant management or similar role
