Job Description

The Account Administrator will oversee the daily management of client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of payments and invoices. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Manager in managing and maintaining client accounts.
  • Handle daily communication with clients via email and phone.
  • Create and manage project documentation.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Attend client meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration for project deliverables.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement.
  • Assist with data entry and report generation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field.
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in client account management.
Technical Skills
  • Accounting software proficiency

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Previous experience in client account management: Ideally from a similar industry or service-oriented environment.
