We're on the hunt for skilled Metal Workers and Plastic Workers to join our dedicated team in Melbourne. You'll be working with top-of-the-line tools and technologies, contributing to projects that push the boundaries of manufacturing excellence.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate conventional and CNC machines to create parts.
Review specifications and work orders to ensure quality production.
Accurately complete production logs and reports.
Assist in the training of junior staff members.
Implement safety protocols in all work activities.
Perform inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
Requirements
Education
Completed apprenticeship in metal or plastic fabrication
Experience
5 years of experience in a similar role.
