Job Description

We're on the hunt for skilled Metal Workers and Plastic Workers to join our dedicated team in Melbourne. You'll be working with top-of-the-line tools and technologies, contributing to projects that push the boundaries of manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate conventional and CNC machines to create parts.
• Review specifications and work orders to ensure quality production.
• Accurately complete production logs and reports.
• Assist in the training of junior staff members.
• Implement safety protocols in all work activities.
• Perform inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• Completed apprenticeship in metal or plastic fabrication

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Blueprint Interpretation

Certifications

• Safety Induction Training
• First Aid and CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
