Responsibilities

• Utilise hand and power tools to shape and finish gems and diamonds as per specifications.
• Maintain detailed logs of production processes and outcomes.
• Assist in inventory management and material requests.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to resolve quality issues.
• Help maintain supplies and tools needed for daily operations.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or apprenticeship in gemology or metalwork

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Diamond Grading
• Jewellery Design

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing environment: Background in fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing.
