Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and brainstorm sessions with team members.
• Develop user personas and journey maps based on research data.
• Draft and iterate on design specifications for developers.
• Coordinate with QA teams to ensure final product meets design standards.
• Mentor junior design team members, sharing best practices.
• Support the build-out of design documentation and guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant UX/UI design experience

Languages
